New Construction.

Ground-up homes across Charleston and the Lowcountry, built to your plans or ours. One team carries it from site work to the final walkthrough.

Two-story coastal farmhouse with soft blue-gray siding, framed by mature live oaks over a deep green lawn.

What we build.

Custom homes built for the people who will live in them, and spec homes built to sell. Bring your own plans or start with ours. Either way, the design, the selections and the build stay with one team.

How a new home comes together.

  1. 01
    The lot

Flood zone, setbacks, utilities and any HOA or architectural review shape what can be built. Check them before you settle on a plan.

  2. 02
    Plans and permits

Drawings, engineering and the permit set. Selections start here too, so the budget reflects real choices.

  3. 03
    Site work and foundation

Clearing, grading and utilities, then the foundation.

  4. 04
    Framing and dry-in

The structure goes up, then the roof, windows and exterior doors close it in against the weather.

  5. 05
    Rough-ins and inspections

Plumbing, electrical and HVAC run through the open walls and are inspected before insulation and drywall cover them.

  6. 06
    Finishes

Cabinets, counters, tile, trim, paint, fixtures and flooring.

  7. 07
    Certificate of occupancy

Final inspections pass, the certificate of occupancy is issued, and we walk the finished house with you.
