About BRU Built.

A Charleston design-and-build company. We renovate homes, design their interiors, run investor projects and build new houses, and the same team carries each one from the first budget to the final walkthrough.

01

What we do.

BRU Built works on houses across Charleston and the Lowcountry for two kinds of clients: homeowners improving the place they live, and investors renovating to sell. The work runs from a single kitchen or bath to whole-home renovations and ground-up construction.

02

How we work.

Design and construction stay under one roof. The people who plan your project are the people who build it, and you have one point of contact the whole way through.

  1. 01
    Consult

Tell us where the home is, what you're picturing, your timeline and a rough budget. We'll talk it through and tell you honestly what it will take.

  2. 02
    Scope and budget

One clear scope, one budget and one timeline, agreed before work starts.

  3. 03
    Design and selections

Layouts, materials, fixtures and finishes, chosen together so they look right and wear well, with an honest read on where to invest and where to save.

  4. 04
    Permits and schedule

We handle the permits and line up each trade in order.

  5. 05
    The build

One team on site, every trade coordinated, every detail held to one standard. You hear from us at every phase.

  6. 06
    Final walkthrough

We walk the finished work with you before we call it done.
