Interior Design.
Design that's made to be lived in. Materials, fixtures and finishes that look right together and wear well over time.

What we help you choose.
Interior design here means the parts of the house that get built: what the floors, walls, cabinets and fixtures are made of, how they're lit, and how it all works together. You get a cohesive plan and an honest read on where to invest and where to save.
- Material, fixture and finish selection
- Lighting, tile and cabinetry plans
- Hardware, mirrors and plumbing fixtures
- Sourcing and vendor coordination
Chosen before the build.
Selections made early get priced into the budget and ordered in time, so the work doesn't stop to wait on a tile or a vanity. Choices left to the middle of a project are where schedules slip and budgets drift.
Where to invest, where to save.
Spend on what you touch every day and what's hard to change later: cabinets, counters, tile in wet areas, windows and doors. Save where a later upgrade is easy. Light fixtures, mirrors and hardware can be swapped any time.
A palette that carries.
Across our projects the same few materials do a lot of work: warm wood in walnut and white oak, white and marble, brass fixtures, and sage green as the accent, from a stacked-tile backsplash to a front door. A small palette, used consistently, is what makes a house feel finished.
