Bathroom Remodeling.
Primary baths, hall baths and powder rooms. Showers, tile, vanities and fixtures, chosen together and built to last.

What's included.
A bathroom remodel builds the room back complete: the shower or tub, the tile, the vanity and top, the plumbing fixtures, the lighting and the mirrors, planned together so they work as one room.
- Layout, including moving the shower, tub or vanity
- Walk-in showers and tub surrounds
- Tile for floors, walls and showers
- Vanities, tops, mirrors and lighting
- Plumbing fixtures and hardware
- Permits and inspections
Baths we've built.
A primary bath with a freestanding soaking tub under a vaulted ceiling and a marble checkered floor. Showers in herringbone tile and in sage vertical stacked tile, with brass rain heads and recessed niches. Walnut, reeded-oak and fluted vanities under marble tops. A powder bath in sage board-and-batten.
What matters in a bath.
- 01What's behind the tile
A shower lasts as long as the waterproofing under the tile and the slope of the floor toward the drain. You'll never see either one, which is why they're worth getting right.
- 02Moving air
Lowcountry humidity is hard on a bathroom. An exhaust fan sized for the room and vented outside protects the paint, the grout and the framing.
- 03Where the plumbing sits
Keeping the toilet, shower and vanity in place is the biggest cost lever in a bath, the same as in a kitchen.
- 04Small rooms, bold choices
A powder bath is where a patterned tile, a sculptural vanity or a statement mirror costs the least and shows the most.
