Home Renovations.

Whole-home transformations or a single room done right. Planned, priced and run by one team, from demo to the final coat.

Two-story white home with black-framed windows and a front lawn shaded by mature oaks.
01

What a renovation covers.

A renovation can be one room or the whole house. The homes in our portfolio are whole-house projects: new kitchens and baths, reworked living spaces, entries, porches and trim, finished as one design rather than room by room.

Some renovations keep the layout. Others change it: opening a kitchen to the living room, moving a bath, taking out a wall. When a change is structural, it's planned and permitted before anything comes down.

  • Kitchens, baths and whole-home remodels
  • Layout and structural changes
  • Interior design and selections
  • One clear scope, budget and timeline
02

Whole home or one room.

Doing the whole house at once lets every room be planned together. Materials and finishes carry from one space to the next, and the trades are scheduled once instead of coming back for each room.

One room is the right call when the rest of the house works. The process doesn't change: a clear scope, a budget, a timeline, and one team running it.

03

Older homes.

Charleston has a lot of houses with history, from mid-century ranches to far older homes. Opening their walls can turn up things nobody could see at the start: old wiring, soft framing, past water damage.

We price the work we can see, and tell you as soon as something hidden changes the plan, before the work goes on.

04

Where the money goes.

Moving plumbing, gas lines or walls costs more than working within the layout you have. After that, the biggest lines in most renovation budgets are cabinetry, counters, tile, windows and doors.

A good scope shows where each dollar goes, so you can decide what matters and where to save.

Kitchens and baths.

The two rooms that change a house the most, each with its own page: what's included, the decisions that matter, and the ones we've built.
